A new client calls us up out of the blue and they need some help with their website. Their existing website had 3 different organizations in involved so it was difficult for us to determine who was responsible for which aspect of their website.
After a little bit we figured out who was responsible for what and immediately took steps to stabilize their web presence. We took control of their web presence and put the customer in charge of their own website. The customer was delighted with this because they were empowered to make their own updates to their website which was a big step forward for them. Additionally, because the customer could update their own website, it actually saved them money because they didn’t have to pay a web designer for updates.
